7-Day Turkey Tour

• Price per person, based on a minimum of 2 adults.
• Price does not include international flight tickets.
• Transfers are considered with 1 luggage per person.
• Once domestic air tickets are issued cannot be modified and a 100% fees will apply in case of cancellation
• Domestic flights schedule may change.
• Domestic Flights Baggage Allowance (including 15 kilos of luggage + 8 kilos of hand luggage)

Once we receive your request to book your chosen tour package, we will confirm all services accordingly. Once everything is complete, we will email you the official tour itinerary with all day details. Once you confirm this itinerary, we will proceed to the payment process.

When you confirm the tour itinerary, we require a 50% booking deposit to secure your reservation. The remaining 50% balance will be charged 3 weeks (21 days) before the tour start date.

We Use Secure Payment Method;

All payments you make with us for your tour in Turkey are made through a SECURE ONLINE SYSTEM that automatically provides you with a receipt. 

The system is completely secure and does not require you to provide your credit card information. 

We send you a bank link to make your payment. This link only covers the amount you will pay. 

You open the link and fill in your credit card information in the form and the payment process is completed. This is a safe, secure and hassle-free way to pay your deposit and final payment to us. 

We accept only Credit Cards. VISA or MASTER CARD. Not Debit Cards or other Cards.

Reservations may only be cancelled by written notice sent by email or certified mail to our agency. If such written notice is received before arrival date / travel start date, we will accept such cancellation and refund the land portion costs recoverable from those entities paid on behalf of the travellers only to the extent/amount that such moneys are refunded by those entities to our agency.

DOMESTIC FLIGHTS/ FERRIES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

• Notice received 31 days before date of arrival, no cancellation fee applies.
• Notice received between 31-21 days prior to scheduled tour: 75% refund
• Notice received between 21-14 days prior to scheduled tour: 50% refund
• Notice received 13 days or less prior to scheduled tour: No refund

How Our Tours Work

Our Turkey tours are individual journeys, not escorted coach tours. You are free to choose your travel dates, adjust the duration, and select the destinations you want to explore, creating a truly personalized experience from start to finish.

Most tours begin in Istanbul, where your adventure continues to other regions by domestic flights, and you return to Istanbul by plane at the end of your journey. Tours that include Gallipoli start with bus transfers to explore the historic battlefields.

All our tours can also be arranged as private, custom-made experiences, allowing you to fully tailor the itinerary, pace, and destinations to your preferences.

Our small group tours provide a more intimate experience while keeping flexibility. In destinations such as Cappadocia, Ephesus, Pamukkale, Antalya, Gallipoli, Troy, and Pergamon, you will explore each site in a group of no more than 14 travelers, led by an expert local guide. This group is formed only for that day’s tour, and on other days you may tour with different small groups depending on the itinerary. After each day of touring, you return to your hotel, ensuring a comfortable and relaxed travel experience.

This approach combines the freedom of an individual tour with the guidance of a small group experience, giving you the ability to enjoy Turkey at your own pace while benefiting from expert-led excursions.
