Once everything is verified, we will email you your official, final tour itinerary detailing every aspect of your day-by-day journey.

Step 3: Secure Your Reservation

Upon your review and explicit confirmation of this itinerary, we will proceed to the secure payment process to finalize your booking.

Payment Schedule:

To lock in your dates and secure your hotels/transfers, a 50% booking deposit is required at the time of confirmation. The remaining 50% balance will be automatically and safely charged 3 weeks (21 days) prior to your scheduled tour start date.

Reservations may only be cancelled by written notice sent by email or certified mail to our agency. If such written notice is received before arrival date / travel start date, we will accept such cancellation and refund the land portion costs recoverable from those entities paid on behalf of the travellers only to the extent/amount that such moneys are refunded by those entities to our agency.

Is this tour suitable for first-time visitors?

Yes. It includes Istanbul, Ephesus, Pamukkale, and Cappadocia, providing an excellent introduction to Turkey's history, culture, and landscapes.

Are domestic flights included?

Yes. Domestic flights between Istanbul, Izmir, Kayseri, and Istanbul are included with the baggage allowance specified in the package.

What type of tours are included?

The Istanbul Old City Tour is private, while Ephesus, Pamukkale, and Cappadocia tours are operated as professionally guided small-group excursions.

Is the Cappadocia hot air balloon ride included?

No. The hot air balloon flight is an optional activity and can be booked separately, subject to weather conditions.

What meals are included?

Daily breakfast and selected lunches during guided tours are included. Other meals and beverages are not included unless specified.

Is this tour physically demanding?

The itinerary includes moderate walking through historical sites, valleys, and archaeological ruins. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.

Are international flights included?

No. International airfare to and from Turkey is not included in the tour package.
