Payment Schedule:

To lock in your dates and secure your hotels/transfers, a 50% booking deposit is required at the time of confirmation. The remaining 50% balance will be automatically and safely charged 3 weeks (21 days) prior to your scheduled tour start date.

Reservations may only be cancelled by written notice sent by email or certified mail to our agency. Are domestic flights included?

Yes. The package includes domestic flights between Izmir and Kayseri, and from Kayseri to Istanbul, including baggage allowance.

What is the group size?

The Istanbul tours are private, while Gallipoli, Troy, Pergamon, Ephesus, Pamukkale, and Cappadocia are operated as small-group tours Maximum 14 People.

Is the hot air balloon ride included?

No. The Cappadocia hot air balloon flight is optional and can be added subject to weather and availability.

What meals are included?

Daily breakfast is included along with selected lunches during guided touring days. Dinners and drinks are generally not included unless stated.

Is the tour physically demanding?

The tour involves moderate walking at archaeological sites, historic districts, and valleys. Comfortable footwear is recommended.

Are international flights included?

No. International airfare to and from Turkey is not included in the tour price.
